When we arrived to the beach Soumia and Guy told me about for our photo walk & road trip, I closed my eyes for a few seconds and prayed I wasn't dreaming. I couldn't ask for more, the place was perfect. Not because it was beautiful and the light was amazing, but because I felt it gave them enough space to be themselves. It was already a very interesting day for me because I witnessed the first Muslim wedding ceremony (and it was beautifully simple and personal).
Everything was aligning to their wishes right from the start and I was happy to see I was becoming quite fast a little bit more than just their photographer. For two days I was surrounded by some of the most welcoming people I've ever met and I was so impressed to learn quite a few things about Algeria (Soumia is Algerian and all her family came from there and France for the wedding). If people so nice and beautiful live there, I want to see that place and I'm sure I'll visit Algeria in the near future. :)
Soumia and Guy, I'll never forget my two days with you. I loved talking with you and I loved your wedding, but, most importantly, I loved taking all these pictures for you. Thank you and see you again sometime soon, ok? :)
